Deborah Koppel Mitchell founded Spheres Women’s Circles Publication- A Resource & Forum For Expression of The Feminine Heart in 2000. The hard-copy magazine, published for 8 years, transitioned into an online publication in 2008; The Spheres Circular – Cultivating Connectivity & Positivity geared toward both women AND men. This transitioned to the Meme Messenger E-Zine, another Conscious Meme Network publication, serving as a “connecting tool,” filled with inspiration and resources for spreading positivity and for conscious, healthful living for the benefit of ALL! Deborah is also a Women’s Circle Facilitator, and has been a part of the Women’s Spirituality Movement since 1998. Deborah hosted her own cable talk show called “Woman Talk with Deborah Koppel,” for two years out of Los Angeles. She has a background in film acting and commercials, as well as a Certificate of Journalism from UCLA. She is a contributing-author of "From Inspiration to Realization," and, "Conscious Choices: An Evolutionary Women’s Guide to Life." Deborah is THE “Modern Day Pollyanna,” bringing awareness to the importance of redefining what it means to be a Pollyanna, and why authentic positivity/maintaining a High Vibration is so critically important for these times. Christy is fluent bilingual/bi-literate in Spanish/English, and loves to travel and explore the world. Christy is an avid reader; her husband swears she eats books for breakfast.
